Made in the Laguna Pueblo in loving memory of chiles roasting in the mud ovens after the bread was baked. This sauce is for dippiing, garnishing and cooking. Marinate cubed pork roast and bake on low for a superb Carne Adovada. Use in place of BBQ sauce, over eggs, in chicken soup or meatloaf. Enjoy!. On Special !
